When you create a p2h ID, collects your necessary personal information. We may collect a variety of information, including your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information while doing a Pick2Heal transaction.

Sensitive Personal Data or Information we collects from Health Care Service Provider (Diagnostic Centres)

The information we collects about you “Patients” from our authorized service providers “Health Care Service Provider (Diagnostic Centers)” may constitute ‘personal information’ or ‘sensitive personal data or information’ under the SPI Rules. “Personal Information” is defined under the SPI Rules to mean any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available to a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person. The SPI Rules further define “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” of a person to mean personal information about that person relating to:

  1. passwords;
  2. financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details;
  3. physical, physiological and mental health condition;
  4. sexual orientation;
  5. medical records and history;
  6. biometric information;

information received by body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise; visitor details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter; and call data records. Pick2Heal will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without your consent.


Health Care Service Provider (Diagnostic Centres) Note:

This section applies to all the (Health Care Service Providers (Diagnostic Center). (a) As part of the registration as well as the application creation and submission process that is available to the Diagnostic centers on Pick2Heal, certain information, including Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information is collected from the Diagnostic centers.

(b) All the statements in this Privacy Policy apply to all Health Care Service Providers (Diagnostic Centers), and all the Diagnostic Centers are therefore required to read and understand the privacy statements set out herein prior to submitting any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information to Pick2Heal, failing which they are required to leave the Services, including the Website immediately.

(c) Diagnostic Centers’ important information, which they choose to provide to Pick2Heal, is used to help the Diagnostic Centers describe and identify themselves. This information is exclusively owned by Pick2Heal. You will be the owner of your information and you consent to Pick2Heal collecting, using, processing and/or disclosing this information for the purposes hereinafter stated . Pick2Heal may use such information for commercial purposes and in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes, and may sell or otherwise transfer such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates. Pick2Heal also reserves the right to use information provided by or about the Diagnostic Centers for the following purposes:

(c.1) Publishing such information on the Website. Contacting Diagnostic Centers for offering new products or services subject to the telephone number registered with the DNC Registry.

(c.2) Contacting patients for taking product feedback.

(c.3) Analyzing software usage patterns for improving product design and utility.

(d) Pick2Heal automatically enables the listing of Diagnostic Centers information on its Website. The Diagnostic Center information listed on Website is displayed when End-Users search for Diagnostic Centers on Website. Any information of the Diagnostic Centers listed on the Website is not generated by Pick2Heal and is provided to Pick2Heal by Diagnostic centers itself who wish to enlist themselves on the Website. Pick2Heal displays such information on its Website on an as-is basis making no representation or warranty on the accuracy or completeness of the information. However,we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this information.

(e) Pick2Heal may also display information of Diagnostic centers who have not signed up or registered for the Services, provided that the Diagnostic Centers have consented to Pick2Heal collecting, processing and/or disclosing their information on the Website. Such Diagnostic centers are verified by Pick2Heal or its associates, and Pick2Heal makes every effort to capture accurate information for such Diagnostic Centers. However, Pick2Heal does not undertake any liability for any incorrect or incomplete information appearing on the Website of such Diagnostic Centers.

This section applies to all the patients:

(a) Any patient who is using the Services is their acceptance of the Terms of Use, which also involves acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any Patient that does not agree with any provisions of the same has the option to discontinue the Services provided by Pick2Heal immediately.

(b) All the information provided to Pick2Heal by a User (Health Care Service Provider// Diagnostic Centers), including Personal Information or any Sensitive Personal Data or Information, of their patients is voluntary. You understand that Pick2Heal may use certain information of yours (patients), which has been designated as Personal Information or ‘Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ under the SPI Rules, (a) for the purpose of providing you the Services, (b) for commercial purposes and in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes, (c) for sale or transfer of such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates (d) for communication purpose so as to provide You a better way of keeping diagnostic report and for obtaining feedback in relation to the Diagnostic Centers and their practice, (e) debugging customer support related issues.. Pick2Heal also reserves the right to use information provided by or about the End-User for the following purposes:

(b.1) Publishing such information on the Website.

(b.2) Contacting End-Users (Patients) for offering new products or services.

(b.3) Contacting End-Users (Patients) for taking product and Service feedback.

(b.4) Analyzing software usage patterns for improving product design and utility.

(c) Collection, use and disclosure of information which has been designated as Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ under the SPI Rules requires your (patient) express consent. By affirming your assent to this Privacy Policy, you provide your consent to such use, collection and disclosure as required under applicable law to your Health Care Service Provider (Diagnostic Center) if you need the service of Pick2Heal.

(d) Pick2Heal does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Services and, therefore, Pick2Heal specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Services, and you agree that you waive any claims against Pick2Heal relating to same, and to the extent such waiver may be ineffective, you agree to release any claims against Pick2Heal relating to the same.

(e) User (Patient) may have limited access to the Website without creating an account on the Website. Unregistered Users (Patients) too can access their diagnostic report by placing the download code gets from the Health Care Service Providers (Diagnostic Centers). Pick2Heal is not liable for the content, accuracy or quality of test reports gets from the diagnostic centers. As of now a User (Patients) doesn’t need to register the site in order to access their report. If you doing it it’s not a problem by Pick2Heal.

(f) Similarly user (Patient) can purchase ( Buy or Book) medical test from our partnered labs through online.There is no need of any registration (Sign Up) needed from the patient to do so. And also patient can book for home collection as well. The rate for the respective services ( Online test price and Home Collection Service ) are decided by the service providers (Diagnostic Centers) and Pick2Heal is not liable for the same as well.

(g) This Privacy Policy applies to Services that are owned and operated by Pick2Heal. Pick2Heal does not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results or links from within its Services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on the Users’ computer, collect data or solicit personal information from the Users, for which Pick2Heal is not responsible or liable. Accordingly, Pick2Heal does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such websites, nor does Pick2Heal guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such websites. The inclusion or exclusion does not imply any endorsement by Pick2Heal of the website, the website’s provider, or the information on the website. If you decide to visit a third party website linked to the Website, you do this entirely at your own risk. Pick2Heal encourages the User to read the privacy policies of that website also.

(h) Pick2Heal does not collect information about the users (patients) of the Website from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations, save and except for the purposes of registration of the Users (the collection, use, storage and disclosure of which each End User must agree to under the Terms of Use in order for Pick2Heal to effectively render the Services).

(i) Pick2Heal has implemented best international market practices and security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that it has under its control from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. However, for any data loss or theft due to unauthorized access to the User’s (Patient’s) electronic devices through which the User (Patient) avails the Services, Pick2Heal shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever incurred by the User.

(j) Pick2Heal takes your right to privacy very seriously and other than as specifically stated in this Privacy Policy, will only disclose your Personal Information in the event it is required to do so by law, rule, regulation, law enforcement agency, governmental official, legal authority or similar requirements or when Pick2Heal, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary in order to protect its rights or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud and credit risk, or to enforce or apply the Terms of Use.

This section applies to all the casual visitors to the site:

(e) Part of the functionality of the Pick2Heal is assisting the patients to access information relating to them. Pick2Heal may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the relevant patients.

(f) Notwithstanding the above, Pick2Heal is not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your Personal Information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties.
